I loved that these apartments were close to downtown without the downtown traffic or prices.

Please have the walkway carpets cleaned. There are large spill marks and trash in the halls. The elevator also needs to be improved-faster and more attractive.

I have no issues at this time, I believe it's a great community without having the issues I've seen in other properties downtown or lodo.

It has great potential, as long as focus, time, and capital is put into what was mentioned above.

I would recommend the apartments to most of my friends based on the quality of the apartment, but the rent is too high for most of my friends to afford

The location is great and the neighborhood is expanding. The pool is a bonus, and moving in was extremely welcoming due to the staff when we first arrived?

The prior management team made leading our unit a nightmare, and it cost us money over and over. They may have ruined the experience here.

Bad management. Poorly constructed units.

Would not because of the small dryer deception and ice machine not working. Also, the coffee area appears to run out coffee cups and creamer all of the time.

The negatives are more area based rather than the complex itself. I.e. no street parking during Rockies, occasional train noise/road blockage, wanderers from the near by salvation shelter. Ultimately not the fault/responsibility of the community, but still concerns that prevent me from recommending it more often.

New management has not tried to get to know residents. Many times rude front desk staff

I would recommend it, as I like my apartment a lot and I enjoy living here. I would tell them though, to not have high expectations of community areas, which just don't seem to be well cared for.

Priced high. Stinky Smelly hallways and elevators, left over trash abound. The sidewalks and flower beds are a trashy eyesore! Public food grill are not cleaned and disgusting! Wifi hardly ever works and has spotty reception. Secondary hot tub is a mosquito breeding ground / broken eyesore! The main pool area has unruly loud unsupervised parties on the weekends with no respect for other residents. Pool area loud and used up to 1am at times.
