I would definitely consider moving in, just based on the location and amenities of the building. However, the construction in the immediate area was certainly off-putting. The leasing presentation further exemplified the positive features of the building, despite not going into tremendous detail.

Apartment complex needs a little work. Carpets really need to be replaced, they continue to clean them but the stains are now permanent and reappear after rugs dry. Brings down building appearance.

I would recommend the Marq at Rino to a younger crowd than the one I am a part of. The late night loudness, and people who are less than stellar dog owners make things feel more like a dorm type atmosphere here.

The neighborhood around here (lots and lots of men walking around) is not always the greatest, but the apartments are nice.

Management and lack of making things right.
 I have to highly disagree. Anytime I have needed anything all I needed to do was go to Morgan or Russel and they handled it immediately. If you are respectful, pay her bills on time, and take care of your living space everything will be fine. Just like any other place you rent. I could not be more happy here.

I have not had a good experience working with the previous management, the facilities aren't that great compared to other communities, and there is a significant noise issue that has not been resolved. You can hear anything and everything next to and above you.
