as far as amenities/services go, everything has been great especially the maintenance. They are timely but sometimes cut corners. The trash pickup service seems to be hit and miss. Sometimes they pick it up and other times I wake up and it is still outside my door. I put it out Sunday night through Thursday night from 6PM-8PM

The staff are great but I think a lot of residents aren't very friendly and there seem to be a majority percentage of residents that are couples so the building isn't an easy place to meet singles unless you happen upon someone in the fitness center, pool or mailroom.

The price of the apartment was comparable to the other homes in the area. The entire community was clean and well kept. The fact that it had emergency alarms on the walls by the elevator on every floor was quite unique, but comforting at the same time. I loved the property and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We are glad to hear that overall you have had a great experience with Marq at RiNo.
Our monthly resident events are a great way to meet people in the building. We send out emails to the entire community with details of each resident event in advance, so everyone has time to plan for it.
Also, we just started a community kickball team through Play Mile High; which is a great way to meet people in your community. Today is the last day to sign up, and we have a discount code for our residents.
