i would tell them that it is nice except for if you have maintenance issues than you may want to give it a second thought since the office is horrible at getting back to you. I just dont feel valued here. Im beginning to think this was a mistake.

I was impressed with the interior decorating done in the apartment we toured. I said how much I liked it and the leasing professional said that she had decorated it herself. She said she even ironed the drapes!

I don't usually have very good things to say about living here. It is over priced first of all. The materials in the apartments (carpet, blinds, flooring, CABINETS, etc.) are very cheap and don't hold up. The parking is horrible and then in the winter the snow removal, both on the outside stairs and well and parking lots, is almost comical. I get to hear my neighbors having screaming/shouting matches and hear doors slam all the time. The trash situation since Lincoln has taken over has been bad. There hasn't been one day that I have been out to take my trash to the compactor that it hasn't been overflowing, both on Sundays and during the week.

The community is well maintained and offers a great variety of amenities. The staff is top notch and understand how to find a home that fits your needs. The renovations are beautiful and offer a great refresher to the community.

The community offers modern living within walking distance to all the great shopping and events at the Belmar Center.

The community was nice and the office was well decorated. The theater room and stand up tanning bed are nice features.

It was a nice clean community to live in. I was impressed with the apartment's floor plan.

I would probably recommend this community to my family and friends.
