The agent would be a joy to work with. I do not feel that the price for a two bedroom is worth the small space. I feel you are paying simply for being so close to the shops and restaurants.

I felt that since I did not see the amenities in the apartment or clubhouse, I could not make a determination on living there. The clubhouse looked maintained and up to date but I did not view anything else. The leasing agent was very friendly and smiled a lot, making me feel relaxed. The price was reasonable for the area and view. Even though I did not see much of the community, I would still recommend this property based on the leasing professional.

If you are looking for a large and newly renovated community, this may be the right community for you.

I would recommend this property to relatives and friends because I liked the apartment features and community amenities. I also liked the community location and the rent price was reasonable.

This community was located in the popular Belmar area of Lakewood. This area offers many shopping and entertainment venues within walking distance and is 15 minutes from Downtown Denver. The community was well maintained, neat and clean. The amenities included a theater, pool, spa, grills, Internet and coffee areas, 24 hour fitness, a business center and a tanning booth. Some apartments had attached garages.

I moved here mainly because I wanted to live downtown in Denver, but I couldn't afford the rent there. I found One Belmar through Apartment Guyz locators and they are a good fit for my lifestyle. I can walk to Whole Foods and lots of restaurants so I still feel like I have my "city" life. I haven't experienced any reall problems and hopefully if my rates don't go up too much I will renew my lease.

My experience was exceptional. The leasing office was breathtaking. The agent was amazing and knew the property very well. The company seems great. I would recommend.

This property was beautiful. It was kept up very nicely and the remodels were up to date. The common areas were nice and the theater was a great amenity. The pool was large and I could see it would be a great place to be during the summer months. The location cannot be beaten. Everything you need is in walking distance.

This upscale community offers exceptional amenities, well renovated apartments, and is located within walking distance of shops, entertainment, and just about anything you might be looking for. The staff were warm and friendly and eager to make me comfortable.

I was not shown a remodeled apartment, but from what I was told, the floor plan shown would be a good value if remodeled. The community was clean and well tended. Amenities were up-to-date, and the location convenient. I would feel happy living at One Belmar Place.

You'll be surprised at how cheap their rates are, until you've been there for a few weeks.  The trash compactor is always overflowing, my neighbors just leave their trash in the hallways, sometimes for weeks!  The staff is rude, and they think they can do whatever they want, make sure you read your contract carefully, they will lie to you and try to take advantage of you if you don't.  Be prepared for high utilities, the wood around the windows is rotted, it makes drafts which let your heat/ac out, and lets flys and bugs in.  Avoid this place at all costs.

The limited parking availability is frustrating. The trash is often overflowing which is very concerning. Even when the trash is taken care of the recylables are often overflowing. I hope this trash issue has not created a rodent issue. A couple of maintenance issues thus far but placing a maintenance order online is very easy. Very quiet place to live. The staff have been responsive and professional.

I feel the property was great! The leasing agent could have talked about the community more and should have walked me around the pool and fitness center. We walked by the fitness center but did not stop and look at it.

I have seen many apartments in the same price range, all with similar amenities. I preferred this one to the others I have viewed. The location, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff were almost perfect. I especially liked the townhouse option, a feature I had not encountered before at this price range.

Although I did not see the pool or other amenities, I assumed that they were very nice based on the beautiful clubroom that was located in the building with the leasing office. The model apartment was very nice also, and I felt it was an excellent value for the price. I would recommend this community to my friends, based on the lovely clubroom and the excellent renovation. The leasing professional was busy with other work and did not really want to show me the apartment.
