The lease makes it sound like you can have someone take over your lease, but we found out that it's really expensive to break the lease Not at all helpful when looking for a home Also, neighbors move in move out a bit and are pretty loud. Sometimes they wake us up at night. Parking is bad on the weekends. The hot tub was broken the other day when we went to use it, and the pool gets a green film towards the end of the year every year. Poor management. Maintenance is hard to schedule, but they will come during the day so it's hard if you have a pet and need to have a set time. The upstairs of our apartment is always hotter than the downstairs. They did fix an air filter that helped a lot, but it's still hotter where we sleep than in the living room. The apartment complex next door often has a car fire alarm that goes off and it's loud at night. Lastly, they are really horrible with their garbage pick up at the dumpsters. It's overflowing every weekend. They do offer poop bags for pets, which is helpful. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful. Our kitchen has good appliances and we love the granite countertops. The apartment itself is nice, I wish everything else was just as pleasant.

One Belmar Place meets all of our expectations. We love it here

It was a very nice community. The amenities were clean and the apartments were nice. The community was in a convenient location.

I felt the staff were friendly and professional. I would feel comfortable approaching the office with any issues I may have. My tour was decent and I would feel proud to have my friends or family over to visit this community. I left the community with no questions as they were all answered during my visit.

There was something about the clubhouse that looked sad. The apartments were nicely appointed, but boring. It concerned me that the pool was only half full, as if the amenities might not be well maintained.

This community offers apartments that truly make you feel like you are home, not just living in an apartment. I was amazed at how spacious and house-like even the smallest apartment was. I would definitely recommend this community.

I felt that the amount of time I waited was not acceptable and I probably would have left during that time. The apartment I was shown should have been ready and would have discouraged the way I saw the community and the apartment. The leasing professional was friendly in the tour but could make it more personalized to her guest.

Overall, I think that the community is lovely. The area is great, and I think that is what might warrant the higher than average rental rates at this community. I found the apartment to be fairly small for the price range. It seemed like some more updates are needed to really command the price. The staff are very friendly and pleasant as well.

The staff member that I dealt with was kind and smiled often. She checked my needs and noted them during the visit in the apartment. She mentioned numerous items that took place in the clubhouse that might appeal to me.
