It's great, but not worth the money.

I was very impressed with the community overall and really felt as if this would be a lovely place to call home. The amenities were above average, in my opinion, and it was obvious that residents' needs and comforts came first. I actually found myself musing about selling my house and renting an apartment here. I could really envision what it would be like to live there, and the overall presentation of this property and my experience viewing it made it easy to do that.

Too expensive

The leasing professional treated me like I was already a resident. She is truly doing what she is good at. I'm honestly considering leasing an apartment for me and my family after the mystery shop is completed.

I really like the fact that this community is set apart even in a busy area by that long winding driveway. There definitely seems to be a lot of pride taken in the grounds and upkeep. The apartments I toured appeared to be in pristine condition. The staff is professional as well.

I like the community and, if I were apartment shopping, I would seriously put this community at the top of my list. I especially liked the location of the community and the way the apartment buildings were laid out. The property is very well kept. I liked the landscaping. The community has a country setting. When you are on the property, you forget that there is a very busy street with shops galore only yards away. You have the best of both worlds here.

It was a very nice property at a fair market value. I thought the apartment layout was creative. The rooms were small, but the feel of the rooms was larger because of the windows, kitchen pass-through, asymmetric spaces and tall ceiling. Some of the woodwork and furnishings in the model were worn. The flat surfaces of some furniture pieces were scratched. The kitchen cabinet door did not close. The property has lovely grounds and good views of wooded areas. The furniture in the community room has scratched surfaces that should be re-stained to dark. The fitness center, picnic area, and pool are assets. The coin-operated car wash is a plus. Overall, the community looks like a comfortable place to call home.

I thought that the leasing professional should probably make some suggestions and ask if I could envision my belongings there or if this was a place I could see myself in. I wanted to feel guilty I was not leasing it that day.

The community is in a very desirable neighborhood, and therefore, very appealing. The apartments have great amenities like second bathrooms in the two bedrooms, allowing for a master suite. However, I felt, overall, based on the size and general quality of items, the rents were still a little high. I was glad to see a model unit because the furniture not only created an elegant vibe, but showed how much could truly fit in the apartments. Otherwise, the vacant unit appeared small at first sight and without that frame of reference. The amenities are great, although I felt the pool was a little murky, and I especially liked the grilling area and could envision utilizing it. I did not like how we had to drive to the apartment when I felt we could have walked or at least taken a golf cart that was outside the office when I arrived. It broke up the flow of the tour strangely.

The upkeep of this property is impeccable. The amenities are beautiful, and the apartment was stunning in design and decor. The leasing professionals are very nice and so eager to accommodate. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful home in a great surrounding.
