The agent seemed sincere, when she discussed features and benefits. The community offered some features not widely available in the area such as a car wash, putting green and playground. Also, there were many areas that were covered with unraked leaves. Most trees in the area had been bare for at least a week, so I would expect to see fewer areas that needed to be raked. This was a contrast to the great workmanship evident in the painting of the apartment and in the new gazebo area.

I liked the fireplace, deck, laundry room,and the design of the floors in the first apartment we viewed. The bedroom and closet in the apartment were very small though and too small for the price. I liked the fitness center, but did not like the window that looked into it from the hallway. That would not make me want to work out there, taking away the benefit. I liked the idea of a car wash station, but did not believe people should be charged the same price the gas station charges for the same thing for the price of the rent there. The playground was a nice amenity for families, but as a single person it made me think it could be loud outside. It was a nice property overall, but I would still look at other places. I had a good experience with the leasing agent, though I did not think it was good to leave people waiting for ten minutes to finish a call, if at all possible. I might recommend people to view the property, as it had nice amenities that may be suitable for many. For the price I would likely go with another property, for the reasons stated here.

I found the site very well maintained, despite the knob left on the counter of the shown apartment. The buildings were in good condition, and the parking areas were neat and clean. The office building areas were neat and attractive. The trees made the setting quite attractive. I felt the service was more passive than proactive. I would likely recommend this community to others as a viable option.

I really fell in love with the inside of the apartment. I would definitely call this place home.

This was a nice property, but not exceptional in any way. The apartments were adequate, but not particularly exciting. I thought the upgraded appliances was a good idea, but I would have to pay extra to have them. The laminate flooring in the kitchen seemed strange, because the dark wood did not go with the light cabinets. The pool area was nice, but I was not shown the grill area which was to be upgraded. The fitness center was wonderful. The community room and computer area, which was available only during office hours, seemed to me to be not very useful at all. The property appeared to be in need of some repainting and sprucing up. The model apartment should have had attention to lighting. One bulb was out in the bathroom. The agent was friendly and pleasant. She did not ask my name and did not seem to refer to the information sheet I filled out. I would not object to living at this community, but I also would not put this property at the top of my wish list. The property felt a bit tired and the amenities are equal to what many properties are offering already. Based on this experience I would not recommend this community, but I would also not discourage anyone who wanted to call it home.

I liked this community very much. It was like I was in a little neighborhood in another part of Cumberland. I liked the way the community was spruced up with lovely flowers and the grass was very green.

The apartments here are very nice. The community is appealing and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The community areas that were seen were very well maintained and comfortable. The model that was shown was unique and provided a clear picture of how the apartment could be set up and appeared to offer a lot of space. Observing location of trash and how it was set away from the driveway to allow ease of entry was appealing and demonstrated community pride.

The community was very clean and all areas were well maintained. The office and other areas were nicely decorated, it gave an at home feeling. The staff was very professional and made me feel welcomed to the community.

The community was beautifully maintained throughout. The apartment I visited was spacious and comfortable. When I saw a free outside washing station for vehicles, I knew this place was special.

The leasing agent was wonderful. Outside stairs dated the property, though the clubhouse seemed newer.

I would certainly recommend this community to my family and friends. I was very pleased with the amenities and freshness of the community. The location was tremendous and the value was great for everything that was offered there. The leasing profesional did a fantastic job of presenting the community overall.

The complex is neat and well maintained. The rents are a bit high and may be considered too pricey for the size of the apartment. The saving grace of this complex is the outdoor manicured lawns and the well maintained amenities.

The curb appeal was excellent. The amenities were clean and well maintained. I liked having a full size washer/dryer, but the closet in the bedroom was a little small.
