The community was nice. The surroundings were pleasant and I liked the fact that the apartments had their own washer and dryer.

The location was excellent, right off the highway. The setting was wooded and pleasant. The amenity package was good. The apartment itself was excellent, roomy and well appointed. I could easily see myself living here.

I referred few of my friends here, I will not do this anymore in future.

The apartment complex was very well maintained and nicely decorated in front of the leasing office. The agent was very nice and showed me around the main building and the pool area before bringing me to see the model apartment. She was enthusiastic, and she answered all my questions. After the tour, we went back to the office, and she took the time to find an apartment in an area that I was especially interested in because of the wooded backyard. She printed out a quote sheet for me and gave me instructions on how to apply for the apartment online, which is cheaper than applying in person. She provided me with her business card and a brochure to take home with me. I really enjoyed my interaction with Amy, and I was impressed with the property.

I found the entire community to be a pleasant, quiet, well maintained complex, with amenities to my liking, ease to major routes and shopping necessities. I would definitely consider living there.

I had to dispose of a mattress and was told anywhere but on the property. When asked what I should do, I was told to do a Google search. Before raising a fuss, I was told it would be necessary for my kids to drag their bicycles up and down 3 flights of stairs, have my wife do that or not ride their bikes during the day. I was eventually allowed to use the bike rack overnight. I was initially given the wrong keys and was told to get them the next day. I only got the right keys after agreeing to take as much time as necessary from work to wait for the right keys.

It is an outstanding, immaculate community that affords all the amenities that one could expect to live comfortably and safely in an apartment community. The on-site management is professional, yet friendly.

It definitely feels great to come back home here with Cumberland Crossing. Everything is great here especially the management who are very helpful in hearing out resident needs and pain points and do everything within their reach to satisfy them. The only downside if at all I have to point out cons would be the waste disposal - one needs to walk all the way towards the entrance of the property to trash waste. Wish there were disposal trash places near all properties located deep within the area.

It's very clean and well maintained society. The facility is safe and enjoyable. But it's bit overly expensive.

The leasing professional was a very good and kept me relaxed during my visit.
