I drove onto the apartment community property. I immediately noticed a trash ares that was overflowing with trash and falling over the sides. On the ground were bags of trash, which did not impress me. I liked the rest of what I was able to see. The grounds were well kept and maintained and the interior of the amenities was well kept and clean. The office was organized. The leasing agent provided me a positive attitude and was friendly, helpful, pleasant and professional.

I thought the property was overpriced for the condition.

The community was very clean inside and outside. It was well maintained, too. The rooms were too small though. I could never fit my furniture. There was no walk-in closet. My clothes would never fit in the apartment.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Their hospitality was superb. This property had a warming and inviting clubhouse. I was told I would be welcomed to have a book club in the clubhouse. The property exterior was very appealing. The apartments were generously spacious. The location was conveniently close to a shopping plaza. It was also literally seconds away from the highway. Overall, if you are looking for a new beginning then you should definitely consider this property.

My perceptions about leasing at this property were good.

This was a very appealing property. It seemed very well cared for. The landscaping was just beginning to bloom with the onset of Spring. The common areas and amenities were all in excellent and well maintained condition. The apartment itself was appealing, although I thought the rooms were small. There was good natural light, and some nice wooded views. The kitchen, I thought, was excellent. The rental rate was commensurate with what the property was offering, neither a bargain nor overpriced.

I found the community to have a lot to offer. The grounds were clean, and the office was nice. I liked the washer/dryer in the apartment, and I feel that is a big factor in leasing.

The community is larger than it looks. It is spread out and the landscaping of natural trees makes this a very calm and inviting location. The fitness center was basic. I enjoyed seeing the apartment, although in the "upgraded" apartment it did not have a flat top stove, but only the older coil style stove. The agent was quite pleasant and took her time to explain the outdoor parking, as well and all of the expenses in addition to the rent.

I loved this community, it had everything I could want as a parent. An awesome, maintained playground, a secured pool area with outdoor amenities like a walking path. I was really impressed that they had a station to clean your car at.

The staff was really friendly and engaging. The sales presentation was enjoyable. The model I saw was very impressive. The property, at first glance looked clean. Upon closer inspection, however, there was a fair amount of trash on the grounds. Based on my interaction with the leasing agent, I would not hesitate to lease there. Based on the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds, I definitely would not.

Where we live it's difficult to park because we are only assigned one spot when there's two of us. Sometimes the other person has to park a long distance away. Also, I believe the apartment is sorely overpriced for what it is. I've never heard of a place that doesn't cover sewer or doesn't give you a microwave with the appliances. I also think that the bathrooms and kitchen need an update of nicer appliances a normal sized fridge for one and new counter tops. The large hole above the fireplace makes it impossible to mount a large flat screen TV. I feel like the windows aren't well insulated and we lose a lot of heat because of them. My roommate and I are pretty disappointed with what we're getting for the amount of money we're spending. Our last place we paid half and everything was a lot nicer, bigger and included a garage. We never had to pay sewer and everything was brand new.

The complex is quaint and super quiet. Dogs are allowed, but the only time I ever hear them barking is when I'm outside and there is an open window. I never remember that I have neighbors because I can't hear them either. The apartments are well insulated and there is always parking right outside of my apartment.

There were a few hiccups when I first moved in - when the floors were redone, they forgot to hook back up the washing machine. Maintenance quickly came over, hooked up the washing machine, and cleaned up the water. For the other issues, maintenance was always quick to respond and they're super polite and friendly. I am honestly in love with my apartment - I know that sounds cheesy, but I couldn't imagine living somewhere else.
