This was a lovely community. The grounds were nicely maintained. The pool and hot tub area was large and attractive. Many of the apartments ha attached garages. Excellent!!

This was a very nice community. The residents as well as the leasing agent were nice and attentive. I would have leased there based on the tour and the property. The apartment was also nice and spacious and it did not feel so much like an apartment, but more like a home.

Coz it is not the same apartment that it used to be back in 2010 and 2011 and then it became a s..t hole.
Srikanth, We wanted to thank you for completing the online survey from Marquis at Town Centre. We greatly appreciate your feedback and we are always open to suggestions. We regret to hear that you are not enjoying your time with us. We want you to know that we did make great efforts to find out who the owner of the cat was. We sent out several emails as well as emailed the picture out. Animal Control came out and left a pamphlet with us that said according to the leash laws set in place, cat's are not required to be on a leash so therefore they would not enforce what we had asked of them. We would like to make an appointment with you to go over all of your concerns.

5 years ago We were very happy with the Marquis. Now however the quality of life has declined over the last 3 years, and the rent continues to rise. The pool and hot tub are closed to often and the gate problems are seemingly endless.
I want to thank you for completing the online survey from Marquis at Town Centre. We greatly appreciate your feedback and value you as a resident. We have done some research on what the perfect pool temperature is for an in ground pool and the majority of the articles say that between 77-82 degrees are optimal for most people. Our pool is set for 80 degrees. We strive to make everyone 100% happy however it is difficult at times. We are aware of the gate situation and are in the process of installing a new gate system. Unfortunately, the fire department hit the gate so we have a new one on order. Please let us know which policies you feel we are not enforcing so that we can evaluate and get that corrected.

The apartment itself is very nice but the residents don't seem very considerate of their neighbors in general. Noise levels have gone way up and there seems to be less respect for the property

The apartments are dated for the price. The parking is too limited. Security gate access is challenging. The trash situation is a big turn off.
