It's like living in a warm, friendly community with excellent attention to all aspects of our space.

the noise from the buses on Arnold is very loud

I wouldn't recommend living in those units that face Arnold

I would be concerned about security anyplace I went. This community, although not gated, seemed to be very secure. I liked the parking garage below the building and the elevators from the garage to all the floors. A key fob is used to access everything, and I like that.

The property was beautiful. I am not familiar with rental rates in Boulder, but this seemed incredibly high to me.

It is luxury space for living.

There appeared to be some confusion regarding the new building and lease dates. I asked the agent if I could write a check and reserve a unit, and she declined. This could potentially lose prospects for this community.

The clubhouse was very impressive with the layout and design.

These apartments are extremely nice and elegant. It is very apparent that a great deal of planning has gone into this community. From high quality common areas, swimming pool, lounge area and theater, to the apartments themselves. There are two restaurants in the complex and several within walking distance. The swimming pool and hot tub are situation that you get a very nice view of the mountains.

The LPC professional did a very thorough job throughout the entire presentation and tour. The community, amenities and apartments were sensational.

The community was originally designed as a condo community, so it has high-end finishes throughout. The community amenities were superb, especially the views from the roof-top pool area.

I would recommend this community to my friends and family.
