The prices were very high, however for the location and amenities they were fair. In Boulder it is hard to find pet friendly properties, so that is a huge bonus!

some of the staff (maintenance and cleaning) are very nice. this does not make up for the rest of the staff who runs the grounds and manages. the illusion of luxury does not override the feeling of rudeness and inconsiderate attitude. once the money is received, renters get no more respect. at that price, it is quite a deception.

There is little justification for the price. You may be impressed on your first visit but living here is not so fancy. You can pay your high rent for the few amenities you may (or not) use once in a while. Be clear that you will have more rules than fun and that once you signed your lease, your $ is just good enough for you to take the lack of respect from management. They will find a way to blame HOA and other regulations...and you may call this dealing with robots. Up to you what you consider worth it. Don't try to have a good experience. Pay your rent and be quiet.

I really enjoyed my time there. It was a very beautiful place to live. They had everything but a grocery store.

I will likely recommend the community to my family and friends because I love the great apartment features such as the full size washer/dryer and huge patio. I also love the community's convenient location to hiking trails, restaurants, the shopping area and other fun places. My impression about the community is that they take good care of their residents who are well satisfied with their service.

I felt that the price for the one bedroom apartments was high and that the apartments must be spectacular. The apartments were nice, but they were not extraordinary. I liked the community center, but I would not pay as much as they were asking to live there. The views from the top of the building were nice, however, the surrounding areas were like I was stepping into a completely different neighborhood.

I understand this community is in Boulder, but this property was overpriced compared to other properties nearby. It is the only property in the area that has a roof top pool, but for less money I think I would be able to suffer with a pool on the ground level.

The community i visually appealing and has a lot of amenities to offer. The leasing professionals are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I did not feel any pressure to lease, which I appreciated, but I also received a well-rounded community tour. The apartments that I viewed were exceptionally clean and gorgeous. I found my whole experience at the community to be rewarding.

This is a very high end community. The amenities are excellent. The apartments are very spacious. They are more like homes than apartments.

The community is fabulous with the new and modern community amenities. It includes the roof top pool and spacious fitness center. The mountain views are great. However, I feel they are a overpriced considering the square footage offered.
