My experience was a very pleasant one. The staff was professional and friendly. The community was stunning and had modern, state-of-the-art amenities and features. I was pleased with the overall appearance of the community as well. I would definitely recommend to others.

The amenities of the Peloton are great on the surface however, the gym isn't one that you could make your primary gym, the pool is usually full of bugs and it takes over a week to get any service request completed. The garage repair alone took several months, and when you are paying for a heated garage, is unacceptable. If you are in a unit by the stairwell, you will hear the doors slamming each time someone goes to take their pet out which is often, and the grass in these areas is completely damaged from the pets. It's a lot to pay for a less than perfect community.

I was very amazed by the community. It definitely seemed to be of a higher class. I was really impressed with the community aspect, especially the community center. It looked like it would be a pleasant place to live.

I love living here. I feel safe and the gym and pool facilities are amazing.

When the associate showed me the apartments and community, she pointed out something specific at each location. She was very professional and took time to show me and explain how all of the amenities worked, when they were available and how to reserve them. She made me feel very comfortable and encouraged me to ask questions.

The community is a lovely place with beautiful amenities. However, the price for the apartment and the area is extreme for what else is provided. The leasing professional was friendly, kind, and had a pleasant demeanor.
