The staff was friendly. The grounds were well maintained. The fitness center had all the latest and greatest equipment available to use. The pool was resort style and even had cabanas.

They have more than 2+ kids and this 2bed 2 ba limit wouldn’t work for them, neither would the rate. I’m disappointed 3 bedrooms aren’t offered but then the price on a hypothetical 3 bedroom would probably be out of their means.

I would recommend it if we had fob key access from the garage to the hallway. It is currently open now and anyone can get into the hallway which is a concern. There should also be cameras in the hallways.

The property had a resort like feel. The property seemed to have a lot of state of the art amenities. The floor plans were spacious and open. The doorways were wide and tall. I appreciated this feature. The Leasing Staff was polite and pleasant.

the list is too long... just listen to the tenants on the residence portal... its all there.. and its things people have complained about since the start of this building...
I am so sorry that your experience at The Colony has not been the most pleasant. There were for sure challenges that we had to undergo during the construction period. As we have completed all our amenities, we are now looking forward to a wonderful living experience here at The Colony.

I would recommend it because it's in a very good location, not too far from downtown LA or Pasadena. The installations meet my expectations. Above all, the personnel at the Leasing Office are truly amazing!
