This property can easily be added to a best of the best list. It did not lack any amenities. It was modern, tech-forward, and in a great location.

I would recommend this apartment community because of several reasons:
1) The location of the community is ideal. In my opinion, it's just in the "right" distance from everything. With no traffic, it takes me about 30 minutes to get to the places I usually visit. I believe that's a reasonable amount of time.
2) The apartments are spacious and have all the amenities we need, with a very convenient layout. The community itself has many amenities that make it an ideal place to live: gym, pool, co-working space - specially this one!
3) The West Covina neighborhood is a very nice one! There is a movie theater right across the complex, very nice local places to eat and drink around. And above all, I believe it's in general a peaceful place to live.

The community was a nice place to call home, they had everything I would need and the staff appeared to be very helpful, and the community was located in a good location of the city.

Over priced for what you offerand parking is a joke.

I really liked the apartment features and the amenities. I also liked the recreational room and the business center. I have not seen many communities that offered a recreational room.
