The leasing agent at this community made me feel that I was bothering him. The community was clean. The hallways were clean. The baseboards were dirty in the hallway near the elevators.

Many of the residents do not have civic sense.There is pet poop or other waste in most areas of the community. we have been living here for 6+ months and our names are still not on the callboxes. Some of our requests for information have never been met.

This has nothing to do with office staff or maintenance, but there has to be a better screening process for tenants, there are many people living here that look like they were raised in caves. Its disappointing and disgusting.

Lack of safety, lack of cleanliness and lack of enforcement of policies except paying the rent timely!!
