I thought the community was simple and it could use some work. It looked very private and needed a bold statement that it was a good place to rent.

The community amenities were appealing and the property was well maintained and kept. The leasing professional seemed to be going through the motions and was more interested in selling than actually getting to know me. There was very little effort made to relate the home to my needs and interests. Based on my experience, the thought of calling the community home would be indifferent. The property in exchange for the rental rate was a fair value and the amenities would make my quality of life there decent. I may or may not recommend the community to family and friends.

The community has two pools, two fitness centers and multiple laundry rooms. It seems like a quiet area and a comfortable place to live at.

The leasing professional was clearly paying attention to every need I had, and was able to point out features of the apartment and complex that would benefit my specific needs. I was made to feel very comfortable, and very at home. The leasing professional made me feel as if the apartment was a perfect match for what I wanted and needed.

It has abundant and clean laundry facilities and spacious apartments. It is a gated community and there is a courtesy patrol as well. The grounds are cared for and have mature trees.

When you drove up to the leasing office, right in front was a creek and a waterfall. It was so clean that despite all the signs to not get in the water you just wanted to jump in and relax. The leasing professional was awesome and really made us feel like longtime friends. The other staff were also very friendly. The vaulted ceilings in the unit were so high that it gave a very roomy and airy feeling to the unit. The pool and amenities were clean and inviting.

I really liked the location of the community. It was very convenient. The rental rate was fair and properly reflects the value of the community. I did not like that no assigned parking was available for a two bedroom apartment.

The community was very nice. The tour highlighted all the amenities inside the apartment inside and out.

The landscaping needs to be addressed. The carports are in need of upgrading. I loved the size of the apartment, the pool and jacuzzi areas, and the proximity of Walmart, restaurants and the freeway. This is great value for your money.
