The staff were engaging and wonderful. They seem to care about their residents and have lots of respect for them. The maintenance team seems to enjoy their job, and have good rapport with the residents. I like the community and the location. The amenities are just enough and not overwhelming.

The ambiance of this community with the water features is a plus. The amenities are typical of such a community and additional interest would be generated if they had a washer and dryer in the apartment.

The staff at that community was extremely helpful. They were real professional and were genuinely interested in helping you. The community had two swimming pools, two fitness centers, a clubhouse, and five laundry sites. It was a well kept community. The rent price was relatively lower to most communities. It was a great deal for what the community offered.

The community was a great deal. The price was great even if it lacked some of the creature comforts like a washer/dryer. I would not call this my forever home but it would make a good place for someone transitioning or someone on a budget. It was a great area and I believed the leasing staff would be available for any problems that might arise. I think this would be a maintenance-free type of property and great for someone without time for yards but who liked to enjoy grilling and being poolside.
