My tour was pleasant. The property was very nice and clean. I would refer my friends and family to the property.

I would recommend highly this community based on the leasing professional, who did a great job. The community itself was not in great repair and needed to be updated.

The initial phone call was quite complete. The level of detail offered about the community and the way she gathered information about me was comprehensive without being intrusive. I was not disappointed when we met, she was energetic and knowledgeable. The community was attractive with a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The amenities seemed more attractive than many of the other communities I have visited.

The leasing agent was awesome and if the apartments had a washer and dryer I would have leased hands down solely on the agents abilities. The outside of the actual apartments are old and could use some updating. The leasing office is very small and not very inviting. As soon as you walk in you have the feeling that people are working hard here...there isn't a homey inviting feel to it. The apartments themselves are pretty nice.

I experienced a friendly staff and a beautifully maintained community.

The leasing agent was so sweet and helpful. She made me feel I was important to her and listened to me. The apartment was nice and appeared updated. I would be happy living there except I would like a washer/dryer in the home.

My family would be happy living in this community and calling it home.

The price of the 500 square foot apartment was the same as the 700 square foot apartment which seemed a bit much.

The staff was very friendly and open. I liked the location of the community and all the amenities it offered. If all appliances were included in the rental of the apartment, it would have made it complete.

Very nice pools and clubhouse. Plenty of space in the apartment.

Parking proved to be a challenge at the community but I was told of the 1 car assigned space.

When arriving at the apartments the first thing I notice they were very cleaned and the staff is very friendly and very professional. Also I notice that they leasing agent takes there time going over the tour and if you have questions they are very professional in asking. I learned also in the apartments I was toured they were very clean and professsional with central air. I would recommend to family and friends.

The community had ponds, and fountains, and I could hear the water running which was nice. The business center was a nice idea and was connected to the clubhouse and were bailable for residents use. The community was very quiet.

The community had a lot more to offer than what I expected from looking at the outside and hearing the price point. The community was clean and clubhouse was pleasant.

The consultant here was excellent. She was very well informed and knew her product. She was very confident and did an excellent presentation and tour. When we arrived, she had left the community for lunch and remembered that she had an appointment and came right back to meet with us. This made us feel very important. This happens so often lately, you arrive and the consultant isn't there and has flipped you to someone else. This consultant realized her error and returned in time for our appointment. Excellent representation on her part.
