The community was in great shape and had a lot of amenities. All the apartments were large and had great closet space as well as a large kitchen area. The only downside were the prices which seemed a bit high for the area, although there are not many apartments with a garage or washer/dryer connections.

The price was reasonable considering the washer/dryer and attached garage included.

The upgrades at The Vineyards at Palm Desert were well done and matched current trends. The open concept did not appeal to me but would make entertaining easy. The community was upscale with all the amenities anyone would want and the location was ideal.

I absolutely loved the community. I had stayed at several resorts in Palm Desert and Palm Springs. I honestly have to say that this compared to the $350 a night resort I have stayed at near this apartment community. If I were looking to move to the Palm Desert area I would love to call this my home. I felt that the cost compared to the value of the community was very fair and would be a pleasure to live at.

The community had nice fitness equipment. The property was well maintained. The leasing associate was friendly and easy to talk to. The leasing associate showed the home well. It seemed like the community would be a nice to live. I thought it was a fair rate for the value received. I would recommend this community to my family and friends.

The apartment offered great appeal for the price. The leasing professional did a great job of showing the apartment and the amenities.
