The community fell in the mid to upper range of residences for the area. It was clearly very well managed with nothing out of place and with an obvious level of care that would make residents feel comfortable and secure.

If I could afford to pay that much to live there, it would be tempting. The community was located in a quiet area with shopping close by. The amenities were perfect for my taste. I really thought including full cable and one box in the rent was awesome.

When entering the community, I was very impressed. The leasing office, fitness center, and community room were beautiful. From the outside, it looked like an elegant Italian restaurant. The gated community gave me a safe feeling which I loved. The pool area outside the leasing office was well appointed and looked inviting. I was very impressed with the overall appearance and welcoming atmosphere at the Vineyards. The Leasing Professional at this community is very friendly.

The community amenities struck me as ordinary. The common area upkeep was acceptable. The leasing agent came across as pleasant. I would probably recommend the community to others.

The first impression I got was fantastic and regal. The common areas were clean and kept up. The treatment was to a point I felt like royalty.

The community had a lot to offer but was a bit expensive.

The community was easy to locate. It was central to a lot of local conveniences that included shopping and dining options. The floor plans were spacious in size. The interiors had upgrades including stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The attached garage was also a plus. The Leasing Staff was friendly and helpful.

GREAT PROPERTY AND I CAN TELL THEY SPENT AlOT OF TIME ON MAKING SURE IT HAS ALL THE AMMENITES AND FEATURES ANYONE WOULD WANT OR NEED IN APARTMENT LIVING. STAFF AND PROPERTY ARE IMPERSSIVE.

I really loved the floor plans, but my decision to rent somewhere would primarily be based on my personal feelings. I want to know I would be safe, respected, and taken care of if there were problems. I believe that renting there would be a very good experience. I could not imagine any scenario that would not be handled quickly or professionally. I also believe that if I lived there, the staff would be genuine and friendly.

I was pleased with all areas of this apartment community. I admired the leasing consultants, who were not only professional, but were accommodating to my needs and preferences. I noted all amenities accommodated my schedule, such as a 24 hour fitness center with lockers available. I noted most apartments came with attached garages, and some included a patio or balcony. I noted the apartments were open and spacious, which was something that I appreciate as it is a personal preference. I noted the grounds were well maintained and clean. I noted it was in a good location close to a freeway and a college campus. I felt that the leasing consultant was very friendly, listened to my concerns, and offered solutions that met my needs, such as security concerns and being able to install a security system if needed.

I would highly recommend the community to family and friends.

I was highly impressed with the quality of the property and the individual apartments. The apartment appeared brand new, smelled of new carpet and was immaculately cleaned. The stainless steel appliances were polished and shined, as were the granite counter tops. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very large, as was the walk-in closet. I was impressed at how quiet the community was, I did not see anyone else walking around the outside of the property. The fitness room was much larger and had more equipment, particularly free weights, than was common, and I liked the fact that it was open 24 hours a day.

I think I have already expressed in great detail my perceptions about the agent and the community. The agent was amazing as well as the community and the apartment of interest.
