I think I have already expressed in great detail my perceptions about the agent and the community. The agent was amazing as well as the community and the apartment of interest.

The Vineyards at Palm Desert was an attractive community. The prices were reasonable for the apartment and community amenities. The upscale appliances and closet doors were an attractive plus.

The Vineyards in Palm Desert were a find! The property was first rate. The grounds and the apartments were well designed and maintained and the management staff was extremely personable, competent and energetic.

This property is amazing. The leasing professional did an amazing job with the presentation and tour. I really felt at home. She made me feel as if I was already home and helped me picture myself in the space. I would definitely rent here as well as recommend family and friends to the property as well. Loved the ambiance as well.

I was very impressed by the telephone call and in-person greeting as well as the tour of the community. The leasing agent showed professionalism and worked to find me the perfect apartment.

Overall, this was a very nice community. The community was clean, with little landscaping, which made common areas simple and they looked well maintained. The architectural details on the buildings offered interest and upgraded appeal. I particularly liked that there were no cars parked around and that the community was expected to keep personal clutter and belongings out of site. The interior of the homes were modern and updated with high end cabinetry, counters, flooring, and color schemes. I would be happy to call this community home.

I personally thought the amenities were acceptable but not many. Things were nice, clean but I preferred a larger community with more things offered.

Wow what an amazing property of felt like I was at a resort. If you like swimming the pool areas are fantastic and the amenities all are spot on. My husband and I are considering renting here if we move to the area. The apartment feels more like a townhouse than an apartment because it has an attached garage on the lower level the bedrooms are good size and the kitchen is fantastic for entertaining. I love the island kitchen. Oh and I forgot to mention, it is in a great area which is not congested but close to all the shopping centers, movies, etc.

My wife and I can not wait to move in and call it our home.

A very nice community with a professional staff. All appliances were included and most had an attached garage. The amenities included a putting green and tennis court. A nice place to call home. Well maintained and professionally managed.

I would rent at the community. It was obvious the leasing agent loved their job and it showed.

The property was amazing. I loved the open floor plan. There was no wasted space. The double balconies, large closets, and large island was something I had never seen before. I was motivated to lease an apartment.

The leasing agent could have shown more enthusiasm for the community, the surrounding area conveniences and the apartment. I was not convinced I should choose that community over another.

The community offered the latest and greatest amenities. The leasing office, grounds, and models were immaculate. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. They made me feel at home. The community activities seemed exciting.
