The community offers a spacious two bedroom floor plan that is nicely upgraded to include vinyl wood flooring and stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is nice and open. The community amenities were appealing and includes a clubhouse and business center. The leasing staff was friendly and helpful.

Appealing and impressive was the serene atmosphere, not so readily attainable in urban areas. The community did not seem like there were two hundred sixty apartments. The community was not buzzing with activity; there was activity, but it was peaceful. There were cars coming and going and there were people in the swimming pool, adjacent to the clubhouse; however, nothing was loud and noticeable. The clubhouse facilities were immaculate and included a fitness center, restrooms, business center, community room, and kitchen. The community room would be a great place for a gathering that needed more than apartment space. The leasing professional was exceptionally personable and committed. She had been there from the beginning of the community and it was obvious that she really cared about how things were managed and how people were served. The fact that all of the original staff was still present after nine years is an indicator of stable management which results in better service. Based on my visit, I can imagine a very comfortable and satisfying experience living in the Vinyard at Palm Desert and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is a beautiful community. It is very clean and well maintained. The floor plan is amazing and very spacious. The office staff is very friendly and nice.

The grounds were very plain and the buildings were very generic looking. The pool itself was nice, but nothing special about the pool area. The grounds were what I would call boring and very generic looking, and almost had a depressing feel to it. The quality of the fixtures and appliances was on the cheaper end. If felt to me like they prided themselves on having all the amenities, but that the quality was lacking in relation to the price of the apartments and how they presented themselves.

The community was conveniently located. The staff was professional and accommodating.
