I felt that the leasing professional was an exceptional Agent. She was very warm and friendly, and she reminded me of somebody's Mom. Her presentation did not seem scripted or forced. I enjoyed talking to her and sharing stories with her, and she made the tour pleasant. I felt that the price was a little bit high for age and lack of amenities of the community, such as no washer/dryer connections and refrigerators in every home. However, everything else that I observed would make it a pleasant to live.

The community itself was basic. There was nothing special that caught my eye. The leasing consultant was fantastic. She was my favorite one of being a shopper for 4 years.

The community was nice and the amenities were presented and showed nicely. I expected a little more than what I was shown.

Overall, I found it to be a pleasant community offering adequate amenities. The customer service I experienced was professional and sincere. I believe this is a community that is devoted to keeping the residents happy.

The community shows well. The community was clean and it was evident that staff was attentive to it's care. I was told the community was built in the late 80's and certain features were still apparent for that era. The leasing professional always communicated a positive word. There was not playground on-site.

This is a nice property. It was well kept and had curb appeal. The location was excellent. It was close to a nice neighborhood and convenient. The staff seemed to be present well. I loved the clubhouse environment. The fitness room was adequate. The tennis courts were a good feature, as well as the pool area. The barbeque ares were need of updating.
