This was a nice community. It was well maintained and had nice amenities. The apartment was nice but dated. There was no refrigerator and no washer/dryer or connections. The lack of these appliances added to the rental cost which was already pretty high already. The consultant was very nice and did an excellent job showing the community and apartment. She was very knowledgeable and confident.

Run down and over priced. Do not move there!!!!!!!!!!

The Park Ridge Villas community is dated and worn in appearance. The apartments include updated appliances but outdated floor plans. The one ceiling fan included in the dining area, is small compensation for the absence of additional ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. The apartments appear to be slightly run down, even with newer carpeting and a fresh coat of paint. Serious upgrades and renovations to the apartment interiors should be considered. The exteriors of the buildings are acceptable, and the landscaping is beautiful. It is unfortunate that the apartments do not reflect this image.

The community property is a very nice area. The amenities were appealing with the tennis court, pool and barbecue grills.

The individuals I met were all very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The community was well kept and appealing. The apartments were clean, but could use updating.

The property was nice. The leasing agent was professional and knowledgeable about the community and area.

This is a slightly older community which has been kept up to date and well maintained, preserving the nice spacing between apartment buildings. There is lush landscaping that accents this area well, as it offers a comfortable living environment.

Enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable sales associate. I could tell that the community was spending some money to upgrade such as the kitchen/clubhouse.

The community was cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. It was very well priced for the area. Adding additional appliances (refrigerator, washer/dryer) in the home would add to the value.

This visit was only average, and I was not too impressed with the community and the consultant. The community had a lots fallen leaves on the ground and some areas needed to be improved. Also, the consultant needed to work on her attitude being more positive and a friendlier manner.

The community's one bedroom floor plan was open, bright, and inviting. The community's landscaping was mature and well manicured. The buildings were well maintained. Several apartments had been remodeled with updated kitchens, bathrooms and flooring.

The leasing professional was pleasant and engaging. She showed me the amenities inside and out of the apartment and remembered my need for a large bedroom and closet space. When I commented on the two air conditioners, she quickly suggested that I use the other bedroom as the master. She was not overly enthusiastic, but the tour was genuine and non-pushy.

I felt that the leasing professional was an exceptional Agent. She was very warm and friendly, and she reminded me of somebody's Mom. Her presentation did not seem scripted or forced. I enjoyed talking to her and sharing stories with her, and she made the tour pleasant. I felt that the price was a little bit high for age and lack of amenities of the community, such as no washer/dryer connections and refrigerators in every home. However, everything else that I observed would make it a pleasant to live.

The community itself was basic. There was nothing special that caught my eye. The leasing consultant was fantastic. She was my favorite one of being a shopper for 4 years.

The community was nice and the amenities were presented and showed nicely. I expected a little more than what I was shown.
