The community was neat and well maintained. The leasing professional was friendly.

Park Ridge was a nice community, featuring laundry centers, an exceptional team, and nice apartments.

The community amenities struck me as ordinary. The upkeep of the common areas throughout the property was acceptable. The leasing professional came across as talented. She was caring and better than most. The leasing professional was impressive. She was full of energy. The leasing professional's attempt to relate the home to my needs and interests was adequate. It was tailored to an extent, but also general in nature. Based on my experience, the thought of calling this community home was indifferent. I could take it or leave it. What the property offered in exchange for the rental rate was reasonable for that area. I envision the quality of life there based on the amenities and features offered as decent. I could make it work living there. Based on my experience, I might or might not recommend the community.

I would say that an apartment in much of the community would not be so different from most other nice places; however, the particular apartment on the end that will be available soon is much better and would be a little more like having your own home.

The leasing agent had a great personality that made me feel excited to move there. She knew her product well and had a natural sales approach. I felt I would be taken care of as a resident.

Park Ridge was a charming community nestled in the city of Mission Viejo and offered a variety of distinctive studio, one and two bedroom floor plans to choose from. It came with multiple desirable amenities including a sizable tennis court. The homes featured laminate flooring, new carpeting, upgraded counter tops, accommodating closet space, and large patios.

The leasing agent was polite, professional and able to offer a floor plan with the features I wanted and within my price range and move in time frame.

I was not really impressed by the community, the apartment nor the leasing agent. What they offered for the price could be found anywhere and nicer and for a better price or something similar.

The community was clean and seemed in good condition. Updating some of the common areas might be in order. The apartments, while clean and also in good condition, could use a facelift as well.

This apartment was very average for the community. I did not feel it offered a lot of amenities. The fitness room was very tiny. The laundry rooms were not in convenient locations.

The rent was fair. The only problem I saw was the guest parking permit only allowed for a short period time.

The community looked old and cheap. It was well maintained but the landscaping had cobwebs and the common areas looked dated. For the price it was fine, but I would be willing to pay more for a better environment.
