The apartment seemed small for the rental price. The kitchen was small. There was a nice pool area. The leasing professional was detailed in his presentation.

I would say that an apartment in much of the community would not be so different from most other nice places; however, the particular apartment on the end that will be available soon is much better and would be a little more like having your own home.

Park Ridge was a charming community nestled in the city of Mission Viejo and offered a variety of distinctive studio, one and two bedroom floor plans to choose from. It came with multiple desirable amenities including a sizable tennis court. The homes featured laminate flooring, new carpeting, upgraded counter tops, accommodating closet space, and large patios.

The leasing agent was polite, professional and able to offer a floor plan with the features I wanted and within my price range and move in time frame.
