The community is a bit dated, however, they are doing many renovations according to the Leasing Professional. The Leasing Professional was nice and friendly and even offered to contact one of their sister properties if their community did not fit my requirements.

The size of the apartments is great. The floor plans and renovations could have been nicer and a little more creative. I know the residents will be paying more for the renovated apartments. It is an older complex, and the exterior is well maintained for its age, but could use an update. The community room is large and has a good feel. With a little update, it will be fabulous. The planned BBQ area will be an excellent addition. There is a lot of potential here. The bedrooms are a good size in one apartment and great size in the other. That is a big plus.
