The staff was very friendly and I felt welcomed. I was given information about the community as well as the surrounding area which was helpful.

The community from the little I saw, looked dated and run down. I could tell in the detail like the shelving in the closets they had been damaged, and instead of replaced, they just painted over the damage to sort of hid it. The kitchens were dreadfully small and compact. The long white blinds also reminded me of the 80's those were very old and needed to be replaced. The property was not very special so it was hard for the staff to get excited about showing the property.

It was a delightful tour and the community was very pleasing to the senses. It was quiet, well manicured, and everything was in good condition. Community pride was obvious. The staff I came in contact with was friendly and professional.

The customer service I received was commendable. The community features a fair amount of amenities and also featured nice trees and greenery. Overall, I would recommend this community.

The landscaping was clean and well manicured. The inside of the apartments were a bit dated. Also, I was not told about any of the resident activities. I was not told if there was a business center. I liked that I could fill out my application online.

She was sincere and natural in her tone and manner. The community was comfortable, and the pricing was equal to the value received. I would recommend the community to friends and family members.

The community was well maintained although showing its age. It appeared to be constructed in the 80's. The apartment interior was freshly painted, however it could use a few upgrades, such as, new carpeting.

I thought the community was appealing, but nothing overly impressive. the telephone agent did a great job of getting me interested in viewing the community. The on-site agent was very pleasant, but did not make a great connection or a big attempt to get me to lease or make me feel like I would be missing out if I decided not to lease.

The community was well maintained and I appreciated the company's desire to keep the amenities upgraded and well maintained. The apartments are large and the location is ideal.

This mature landscaped community offered spacious apartments and excellent management. The community was tucked away in a residential area, yet remains close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
