I liked the community's location. It was an older community. I can say it was an okay place to live. Too big of a community with less amenities. It could have been nicer if it was newer or upgraded well.

The community was clean the staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was newly remodeled and smelled good, as soon as we walked in. I liked the location if the apartment I saw. It was in the middle in between both pools.

The community is located off a quiet residential street. The amenities offered were appealing and well maintained. The floor plans offered were spacious in size. The washer/dryer connections were a plus. The bedrooms were spacious in size and offered a lot of closet space. The leasing staff was pleasant and helpful.

I thought that the leasing professional was very funny, very engaging and seemed to genuinely care about my needs. The manager coming over and trying to get me to close was annoying because the agent was just getting started to tell me about deposits, etc. He seemed like a salesman and Margaret was natural and caring.

The most positive aspect was my perception of the importance of customer care that was presented. The amenities offered seemed very modest, but what was available was nicely presented. My perception was that the property was not new, but that it was well maintained and updated.
