I would rent there. The property appeared well taken care of and clean. The Leasing staff was friendly and not out to just make a sale. I received a very informative and a great tour.

I thought that the leasing professional was very funny, very engaging and seemed to genuinely care about my needs. The manager coming over and trying to get me to close was annoying because the agent was just getting started to tell me about deposits, etc. He seemed like a salesman and Margaret was natural and caring.

The most positive aspect was my perception of the importance of customer care that was presented. The amenities offered seemed very modest, but what was available was nicely presented. My perception was that the property was not new, but that it was well maintained and updated.

The community amenities were definitely appealing. Not many communities have their own tennis court so that is definitely a plus. Having a playground on community is a nice feature for parents. Although the apartment I was shown has a washer/dryer hook up, it is convenient to have laundry facilities on property just in case. Having two pools as well as two fitness centers is convenient. The community was clean and well maintained. Judy pointed out that one of the pool areas were going through a renovation and the barbecues will be replaced shortly. Judy was very friendly. She was capable of establishing a rapport quickly because of her outgoing demeanor. Judy would make any potential resident feel welcome. Judy did a good job of pointing out the best features in the apartment to make it sound appealing. The value that you would receive with this community is above average. It is reasonably priced for an apartment with the amenities that are provided. I would recommend this apartment community based on the exceptional customer service, value for your money, and amenities.

I really adored Margaret! She was fantastic! I would have rented in a heart beat. She was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with my objections. She also told me that this was her first leasing consultant job after leaving US Bank. She says that she loves working for her community and she has been there 6 months.

The overall community is good but needs to be upgraded and painted. The rent is way too high for what you're getting.

The community amenities are ordinary compared to the amenities at some of the other local apartment communities. The upkeep of the common areas throughout the property was acceptable for a larger community. The leasing professional came across as talented. She was better than most sales consultants. The level of engagement by the leasing professional was impressive, she was full of energy. The leasing professional's attempt to relate the home to my interests and needs was customized. She genuinely cared about meeting my needs. The way the home and the community were presented by the leasing professional was admirable. Based on my experience, the thought of calling this community home was indifferent, I could take it or leave it. What the property offered in exchange for the rental rate was reasonable. I envision the quality of life here based on the amenities and the features offered as decent. I could make it work. Based on the experience, I might or might not recommend the apartment community to family and friends. It was nice for an older community. I was impressed with the sales consultant.
