The community had nice amenities. The pool was clean, clubhouse had just been remodeled and it has a volleyball court. The laundry room was open 24 hours but could use some remodeling. The equipment in the fitness center looked new but it was in a very small area. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home.

Mylinh was professional, knowledgeable and informative. She was efficient. She listened and presented the community to meet my needs. She was polite and appeared to be genuine in wanting to help me. I felt a little pressure to leave the $100 hold deposit as she was very persistent. I would have leased from them and would recommend the community. It was very well maintained and landscaped. I felt that Mylinh had provided me with a lot of helpful information.

This was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had when it came to visiting a community as a potential resident.

The community was an excellent value for the money compared to other apartments.

I was really impressed with my visit to the community. All the employees that I interacted with were very friendly. The community was a great value. I especially liked the courtyards with a lot of green lawn.
