The community was well kept. The staff was friendly. The apartments were well designed and a good value for the lease price. The two office members worked well as a team.

The staff exhibited enthusiasm, professionalism and friendliness. The apartment does not offer appliances like a refrigerator or microwave, and it has wall heating and an AC unit. There is no washer/dryer inside the apartment.

It was a very nicely maintained community. The apartments were lacking upgrades.

Credit to the community for upgrading the pool area and units, as this community has been there for quite some time. Should consider completely enclosing the patio of the model and other units facing out.
