The community was in very good condition and would be an asset for any future resident.

I thought this was a great community that offered reasonable rates and a reliable and friendly staff. The community was located near many shops and restaurants and was close enough to the major freeway.

A very nice community in a great location. The apartments were aged but overall very nice and a good flow to the one bedroom. When I move I would consider this community.

RC Briarwood is an older community in need of updating. The kitchen is small, the living room is large with a great air conditioned and bedrooms on opposite sides are good. The rent is too high and not a good value in exchange for what the resident gets in return; therefore, I am neutral on a recommendation.

The service I received from the leasing agent was the main reason I would live at this community. For me, the amenities were lacking. There were no garages, washer/dryers, or connections for them. I liked that there was 24 hour maintenance. The price for what was offered was reasonable.

The consultant was very friendly and professional. She was a good listener and addressed all of our issues in a pleasant manner. She took the time to show us all the amenities and did an excellent tour of the apartment and the community.

This was a quite and tranquil community, set back from the main roads, with plants and flowers in abundance throughout the community. It was the very first impression that caught my eyes. The apartments were spacious and the floor plans were very well thought out. All the amenities that I could possibly want were there for me to enjoy. The people that I witnessed all had smiles upon their faces, and I could see why, with the charming community.

The community amenities were very appealing and I could tell the staff took great pride in the upkeep of them. The value for the apartment and amenities was commendable. I would feel very comfortable living in this community and would be very likely to recommend it to family and friends.

The amenities in the community were exceptional. The landscaping was impressive. The consultant was prepared and very friendly. I appreciated the warm welcome and the personal service I received at this community; not only by the consultant I had an appointment with, but by other staff I encountered while I was there. I appreciated the effort of my consultant to find in her words, not an apartment, but a home!

The community seemed dated and there was nothing that would make the property itself stand out amongst the various communities in that area. However, the leasing agent was a different story. She was engaging, professional, kind, warm and seemed sincere. She made what would have been an immediate no based on the property, to a possible maybe based on her exceptional care and service.

The leasing professional focused on my needs throughout the presentation. She attempted to convince me the apartment was perfect for me. She appeared genuine but was persistent. I was turned off when she said someone was coming to look at the apartment later in the day. She wanted me to understand there was one apartment on special and it would probably rent quickly.

Including the refrigerator in the lease would be a plus. Central air was probably out of the question. The carpet might be updated in the one I viewed. It was nice, the amenities were very good and the leasing agent was an excellent sales person.

The leasing agent shared she lived on-site. I was impressed she knew the residents we encountered on the tour. She seemed to have a good rapport with them.

It was a excelent community. I would love to live there someday.
