The property was similar to other communities in the area. The landscaping was well maintained and free of trash or litter. The agent was energetic and well prepared for her presentation. The price was equal to the value received. I would likely recommend the community to friends and family.

The consultant was very nice, professional, confident and well informed. She did an excellent tour and presentation of the community. I enjoyed talking with her as she talked about how tall her family members were and made me feel very comfortable.

The apartments were old and the community looked a little unkempt. The staff was a little disconnected.

The leasing agent had a superb attitude. The community was a great price for what it offered.

The rent posted on their own webpage is inaccurate. The male assistant manager from the leasing office quoted a rent and we were asked to return to finalize the lease with the female manager. In the meantime we submitted various documents along with a holding deposit. A week later, when we got there, she said the price he gave us was wrong and raised the rent on the spot - just like that! By then we already stopped our apartment search and had little alternative but to sign the lease. Later, we learned that they did exactly the same to other residents.

The apartment building and the grounds are fine. We actually liked the outlay of our spacious unit. However, kids play soccer unsupervised until late at night. They kick the ball against the front door and windows on a daily basis. Since there are no door bells, we never knew if there was actually someone knocking or just the kids playing. It's very loud and even with all the windows closed you can barely watch TV or even talk on the phone. This is very inconvenient especially during the summer. There is a nice and spacious park just 2 blocks away, which is fully illuminated!

Some tenants on assisted living drink hard liquor straight out of the bottle on shared space and misbehave. Management won't do anything. They only attach one of the countless notices on every door. On many weekend mornings, vendors scream to sell their home made foods, adding further to the noise.

On the other hand, maintenance crew is doing a pretty good job and performs tasks in a timely manner. Renter’s insurance is required. You get 1 assigned carport per unit. Good luck when you have multiple cars. Lots of shops are conveniently close and freeways are easy to access.

Even when you don’t give management permission to enter your apartment while being absent, they do it anyway. In a year they will enter your apartment about 4 times to do either a patio, AC, heating or other sort of inspection. It’s annoying. So, generally it's overpriced for the quality of living. By the time we moved out, about 5 neighbors left, too.

The customer service that I experienced while calling and visiting this community was certainly very commendable. However, the property itself was not impressive to me. This relates mainly to the outside of the apartment and the surrounding area. The only amenities offered were three small swimming pools, on-site laundry facilities, and a resident grilling area. While the two bedroom townhome floor plan I toured was impressive inside overall, it did not include a refrigerator in the kitchen or in-apartment laundry connections, which would be ideal in space like that. The closest laundry facility to the particular apartment I was shown still required a bit of a walk. Overall, I probably would not recommend this community.

The community amenities struck me as ordinary and the upkeep was acceptable. The leasing consultant was pleasant and engaging during both the telephone and on-site presentation. Based on my visit I would probably recommend the community to a friend or family member.

This was a very nice community. It was relatively located, and offered easy access to major freeways. This property, though vintage, offered a lot more than some newer communities. I could see myself living here. I was impressed with size of the living room, and kitchen and dining area. The townhouse is great residence living.

The leasing agent was great! He took time to gain an understanding of what I was looking for in my new apartment. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He gave me a tour that would have helped me make the decision to lease. He seemed proud of his community, and the company for which he worked.

I felt valued as a prospective resident. The leasing professional was friendly, polite and seemed genuinely interested in helping me become the newest resident. He sold the community as great place to live.

The community may have been one of the most convenient locations for a professional that has driven all over Orange County. It was right off of the 57 Freeway and close to the 55, 5, 91 and 405 Freeways.

This was a nice, well maintained community. The tour was well done, and the Leasing Professional listened well. He represented the community well.
