I would not consider leasing an apartment at this community. The tour itself was underwhelming. The consultant did a fine job, but lacks enthusiasm. Nothing about the community itself stood out as being remarkable or special. I was left with a sense that I could find the same thing at another community.

Overall, I was not impressed with the community. The apartment community looked very dated. The paint was overbearing in the showing of the apartment. The staff was accommodating and nice.

I would expect a more modern community for the price. There was no central air and no community area or room for meetings, or parties.

The apartment floor plan was very spacious and well layed out.

It was a very comfortable community. It had a real homey quality to it and I could have definitely made it work. Overall, I liked the layout of the apartment and the price was very reasonable. The staff was accommodating, friendly and courteous, making me feel welcome. It had an old fashioned feel which I could have gotten used to but personally I preferred something a little more modern.

The living room size of the apartment was very large and had a bonus option of a patio area.

I will recommend my friends or family to this apartment community. It is in a conveniently location. The features and amenities are appealing. The staff is friendly and professional.

I would not lease this apartment home. I saw some trash around and a lot of kids playing making noises. It was daytime so it is understandable for the children playing. The apartment itself was great. The patio was big, but the dirt part could use landscaping.

The community was not well kept and there was a strange smell near the barbecue areas. The service, however, was excellent. The staff is friendly, informative, and welcoming.

The leasing agent had an excellent attitude. The community was a great deal for what it offered.

The buildings were well maintained. The apartments were ample. The consultant was professional.

The leasing professional was friendly and knowledgeable and offered enough information to create an interest to live at this community.

My family would be very happy living in the community

The Hampshire Square community was older and in need of some exterior updates. It was clean and in a good location. The apartments were a nice size but the appliances and flooring were not updated. The best part of the community was the leasing agent who was professional and concerned about meeting my apartment needs. The rent was comparable to other communities in the area.

The leasing agent was a pleasure to work with and seemed to really enjoy her job.
