Hampshire Square was surrounded by many things you need that would make this a good place to call home.

The community was located close to several local conveniences including both dining and shopping options. The apartment had attractive features and was spacious in size. The community offered a swimming pool and grill stations. The leasing staff was friendly and helpful.

The community offered apartments and townhouses. It had great grounds and a friendly staff.

The community is located in a central area of the city. You have plenty of eateries and shopping. The community is well maintained. The staff is warm, and appears to enjoy there residents.

The community amenities were ordinary. The common area upkeep was acceptable. The leasing agent was pleasant. I would probably recommend the community to family and friends.

The Hampshire Square offers a reasonable rental rate and based on my experience I would likely recommend the Hampshire Square to family and friends.

I would not consider leasing an apartment at this community. The tour itself was underwhelming. The consultant did a fine job, but lacks enthusiasm. Nothing about the community itself stood out as being remarkable or special. I was left with a sense that I could find the same thing at another community.

Overall, I was not impressed with the community. The apartment community looked very dated. The paint was overbearing in the showing of the apartment. The staff was accommodating and nice.
