The consultant was friendly, engaging and presented the property in a very positive and interesting manner. The property was clean and well maintained. Even though it lacked a community center, I was pleased with the size of the apartment for the rental amount and the utilities were affordable. I was ready to pack my bags and move in. Loved, loved the apartment.

The community was nice and had a forest feel to it because of all the greenery and trees. The leasing agent was very nice and prepared.

This was the best experience I have had while completing a shop. The associate was very helpful and delightful to speak with. She was not overbearing yet was persistent for me to put down a deposit to hold the home. She was a joy to speak with and would happily move here from what I saw and the customer service I received.

The community was close to local shops and theaters, but it was located next to the railroad tracks.

The community is older but very well maintained, especially the beautiful landscaping.

The two bedroom floor plan only had one bathroom. I think the rent was high for what was offered. There were no connections for a washer/dryer in the apartment.

I felt comfortable on renting there. It had all the basics for one to live comfortably for the cost. It seemed like a quiet, nice community. The leasing professional was proactive and focused on meeting my needs in finding what I wanted in an apartment.

Based upon the overall impression of the tour, community, and resident behavior I would probably not consider this a future home. Some of the balconies were cluttered, the community seemed to be rather loud at one point during the tour there was a resident standing on her balcony and her friend was downstairs throwing a set of keys up to her. Particularly, dangerous because many residents were outside at the time.
