I thought that the community was very well kept and maintained. All of the landscaping was very neat and organized, and I felt that the property itself was shining. I thought the agent did an excellent job of demonstrating this, and I could tell that she really put a decent amount of effort into the property as she really cared about it.

The property felt like it offered much in that it was attractive and well maintained. I was also encouraged by the feeling that the personnel was honest and helpful. I felt that if a problem were to arise, it would be addressed in a timely and professional manner. I felt that although the amenities seemed a bit modest, it would still be comfortable. One of the things that impressed me the most was the size of the bedroom, which was more spacious than average. I felt that I could comfortably live there.

The community was exceptional. It was clean, the grounds were well kept and the trees and foliage as well as the lighting gave a nice homey feeling. The design and layout of the property was exceptional and it seemed like a close knit comfortable community. If I was leasing, I would consider it.

Canyon Ridge apartments were spread out nicely, offered a newly remodeled comfortable and spacious quarters, and was an inviting place to call home. It had walk in closets full size pantries and re-glazed counters. The location was ideal and close in proximity to local restaurants, a bike trail and a park. The expanded and remodeled fitness center boasted a new treadmill, full body workout equipment and yoga mats.

I love the location of these apartments and the rent is what would be expected of this area. Upon driving up to the apartments, the landscaping appeared to be neat. However, as I walked through the community it looked a bit run down. There was a sign up saying they were conserving water and brown was not bad. However, because the apartments are older it made the interior of the community look old and dated. The floor plan that I saw was the two bedroom and it had decent sized rooms, but the kitchen was tiny. The apartment was clean but it really needed updating. The leasing consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable.

If I was looking to lease, I would have done so based on my experience. The community was nice and clean. I loved the look of the apartment. The inside was well kept and the area was nice and well priced.

Even though it lacked a community center, I was pleased with the size of the apartment for the rental amount and the utilities were affordable. I was ready to pack my bags and move in.
