The community was gated and it seemed busy with residents walking on the community. The leasing consultant did mention their professionally managed company, fast response times of maintenance, and that the staff were there for the residents.

This community is in a cul de sac in a great area of Anaheim. It has lots of amenities. The amenities were clean. The apartments are spacious. Though there is no central air. Which can be a problem during Summer time. It is a great community with great staff that are professional and explain all the details.

The customer service on this visit was great! The property itself seemed to be a little dated. The laundry room still takes quarters where most have switched to smart cards. Also, personally would like to see central air and washer/dryers in each unit.

I liked the location and could see myself using the outdoor spaces. I loved the second pool. I liked the upgraded grilling areas and tot lot.

The community was well worthwhile considering the rent amount. I liked the larger living room and bedrooms. I also liked the huge swimming pool.

The location for the community was a little hidden but close to the freeway and shopping. The apartments are standard to what you find anywhere but the parking appeared to be better than many other communities. The doggy park was cute and clean. The complex as a whole was very clean and we'll kept.
