The community offers a spacious two bedroom one bath apartment. The upstairs apartment has a large patio space. The kitchen is spacious and offers a lot of cabinets. The leasing staff was friendly and helpful.

The community was well maintained and nice. The agent I met with was very pleasant.

The community was clean and quiet. There was not any trash, paper or debris on the grounds. There was some maintenance work going on so it was nice to see that the property was being maintained. The community was well taken care of.

Overall, the leasing agent was friendly and professional. She did well in the beginning at getting to know what was important to me. However, during the tour inside the apartment she was not so engaging.

The apartment was laid out oddly, and the bedrooms were small. The vanity area in the master bedroom attached to the main bathroom was odd as well. The agent did not create rapport with me during the presentation.

The customer service was okay. The community had dog poop and it did not appear clean and well maintained. The apartment did not offer all amenities; there was no refrigerator and microwave which is a standard in most apartments nowadays.
