I like the features that are available in the apt itself. But outside the apt, there are not many features, like a game room or home theater in the club house.

The whys seem explanatory per the questionnaire. The reasons I would not: too many issues with people who do not responsibly pick up their dog's feces; seems more geared towards "pet friendly" rather than "child friendly", such as having a doggy park and no play area for children. I do not count the pool as I feel this is a standard amenity for most apartments buildings in this price range. I lived in an apt community where they offered kids movies with snacks, arts n crafts, and holiday treats in the office.
And...the parking situation seems very much fixed that residents would have to be inclined to rent garage or carport. That would be an added expense I would tell people about, as I would not count on daily, reliable parking without garage or a carport.

Good amenities, good staff. Like living in a modern house.

I already have recommended to my friends.

The only reason I would have any hesitation is the parking situation.

This property is first class and offers world class amenities. The apartments are unique and offer many one of a kind custom added designs. The hand scraped wood floors are stunning. The rooms are spacious, full of windows and high ceilings. Each apartment is equipped with alarm systems and individual garage units are available. This property seems to have it all. What a beautiful place to call home.

I enjoyed the way the environment made me feel. I was greeted right away. The pool area was gorgeous and made me want to throw a get together. I loved the apartment kitchen and everything felt like I was at home.

The leasing professional was a great leasing consultant who made me feel so comfortable. The community had a lot to offer for the price.

I was impressed from the moment I drove up to the office. The landscaping was beautiful outside of the office. As I entered the office, I felt a warmth and welcoming atmosphere.

This property was outstanding and above and beyond sophisticated and was a very nice community.

My overall impression of the community grounds, leasing office, amenities, and apartment shown was excellent, a perfect 10. The community sidewalks, curbs, parking spaces, and buildings were clutter and trash free. The leasing consultant kept great eye contact. She had a smile on her face. She had a professional attitude. She walked me through every detail of the apartment and what my next steps would be to lease it.

The leasing professsional made me feel welcome and appreciated for viewing their property. The leasing professional did not mention the management company or any onsite maintenance personnel. The leasing professional effectively presented the community and amenities in a proud manner. The leasing professional failed to try and close the sale; however, she encouraged me to contact them if I had any questions. Based on the presentation and rapport established, I would have leased from this leasing professional; however, there were areas needing improvement.
