The grounds are maintained nicely, the location is good, all the staff are nice and all the residence are courtesy, etc. Overall for rental home this has been a great experience for me.

Although the interior of the apartment is nice, the corridors are not maintained adequately and the residents do not clean up after their pets. The dog park is run down...benches are rusted, gate won't close, gate bars are rusted through, water hose is cheap and broken. Residents allow pets to urinate on stairways and corridors. The sidewalks and driveways have not been power washed leaving mold to grow that is slippery when wet. Landscaping should be improved. Too many dead bushes that have not been replaced. Outdoor lights are out and have not been replaced even when reported.

Everything is great. For the price, I'd like a garage however. I would also like to get a pet. A non-refundable pet deposit is unheard of...

Maintenance requests are handled very promptly, grounds and landscaping are kept in tip top shape all the time. Staff are always very friendly and willing to help when needed.

If rent was more reasonable, my garage was connected to my building, and the gym had slightly different equipment I would not hesitate to recommend the complex.

Not enough parking space specially for visitors. Back gate have constant problems.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We work really hard to ensure that our residents have ample parking as parking is typically quite limited inside apartments located in an "in town" location. This results in less parking for visitors unfortunately.
Regarding our back gate, we have had numerous parts go out recently. One of the parts was on back order for a while. We always repair items as they need, however gates get used often and parts break. I have worked at gated communities over the years and this has been a battle fought at each and every one of them. I wish I had a better response, but we have to address it each time as it occurs.
Regarding your desire for a spa/Jacuzzi, it is quite uncommon for newer developments to build these any longer. They are very difficult to regulate to the standards required for a public spa. I think this will become something you only see in older communities going forward.

I did, My sister moved here in May. I recommend this property prior to finding out I was not able to transfer to a lower level apartment, and found new apartments have elevators.

I know that we often have people interested in first floor apartment homes and they also go the fastest when someone gives notice. I am sorry to hear that we did not have one for you to transfer to when you needed it. I am glad that you found something to work for your needs however. I would but would make sure they understood about rent increases, it's a nice place to live but lately the construction around and within the apts has added a lot of noise and mess.
Thank you for your valuable feedback. I am sorry to hear that the rent increases were frustrating to you. I assure you, it is always challenging for us to pass those increases along. We would love to keep everyone happy in every way. Unfortunately, we face escalating costs each year and this past year we faced an abnormally high property tax value increase. With a strong economy in our area and added property values around us, it forced rental increases in our marketplace as a whole.
We appreciate our residents and strive to make the community one that offers value in the experience while living here. We would welcome feedback and suggestions that may improve the experience and add to the value of being a Stoneledge Resident.
