I like it here very much. However, I'm starting to need an extra room and bath along with a garage. I'm not interested in staying here to attain those for the prices they're going for however. There're houses for rent in the area that are just as nice and offer more. I'd like to stay but I would also need another room and garage for a respectable price. Friends in Frisco and Lewisville have a garage, additional bed, bath, and less per month.

It was a gorgeous and well maintained property. I was made aware by the leasing professional that a perks program was available at the community where I could obtain discounts and freebies just for living there. The apartment I viewed was beautifully designed and there were plenty of windows to allow for natural light. I would definitely want to lease there and would recommend others do the same.

Loved this apartment
Sadly, I had to move closer to work, but this was the best apartment I've ever lived in. I do wish they could add parking. I always had a great experience with the front office and all of my maintanance requests were fixed very promptly. I had very friendly neighbors and I never had any problem with noise. I already miss Stoneledge!
We miss you and if things ever change we would love for you to come back.

Y'all are awesome! Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly, which is a big deal for me. I'd love to see some sanitizing wipes in the fitness center! This one might be a bit harder, but I feel like I can't have anyone over because there won't be anywhere for them to park.
Thank you for your feedback. The sanitary wipe were actually hiding by the free weights but are now located in a more visible spot. I know the parking is tight but you will see we are moving to a permit system that I think will help.

I was told a shuffle board table would be going in under TVs. Would nice to have a wall built next to kitchen area so we could have a coke machine. More grills, a char grill or a smoker could be added easily.

I am very pleased with my experience thus far. I think it would be helpful to have trash cans located on the outside of the building by the stairs. A hot tub would be a great addition to the resort-style pool.
Even though we are almost 5 years old the sun has bleached out the paint. We will be painting the exterior of the breezeways, railings and garage doors this year in 2017.
