The community has changed over the course of the two years I have lived here and at this point I am undecided as to whether I will renew. My neighbors tend to be inconsiderate of those around them, making loud noises, playing loud music, leaving trash everywhere, not following the trash policies

Don't know a pleasant way to explain that it feels like the 2nd worst area in Ayrsley, slightly better than MAA. Definitely not worth the market price rent.

I do not have any complaints with the exception of roaches being spotted fairly regularly in our very clean and food free apartment. I know this isn't always easily taken care of as there are tenants who are probably not as clean as us. There are a lot of roaches on the grounds around the outside dead at certain times of each quarter.

The walkability of Ayrsley and the proximity to all of the places we enjoy are great! Especially since we chose this location after only being in Charlotte a few hours to visit. We're still here 5 years later!
