Not what I expected. The staff was professional. The gym is rather large for an apartment community, which is nice. However, the corridors/halls of the building leave a-lot to be desired. The halls are clean, but not one picture hang. Overall, if I needed to stay in this geographical location I would consider this community; however, if location was not my top priority, I would look else where.

I loved the community. The courtyard that I walked through to enter into the apartment simply was awesome. I loved the fact that the apartments were all located inside.

Everything was upscale at the community and the customer service was amazing. It was like being at a resort with a comfortable feeling in every area.

I love the way the property is build. I think the indoor entrances to the apartment give it that special flair. The step in showers are very nice too. Having a washer/dryer, cable and internet are a real plus for me. The value is great. The staff was great as well. They seem like a real nice staff, who are interesting in helping the residents stay happy.

If I had been a real, potential resident I would have leased the apartment. The floor plan I saw was very spacious and had a beautiful kitchen. The espresso cabinetry looked lovely and the island was a nice size. Also, the leasing professional was courteous, friendly, and gave me her complete attention. I felt welcomed at the community because of her efforts. Although the amenities were ordinary, they were well maintained and showed no signs of use or any need for repairs. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending this community to others.

As a real customer, I was extremely excited by this community. I felt that the apartment, amenities and features were extremely generous for the rent I would be paying. As a matter of fact, when I move out of my current apartment, I will be looking for an apartment at this community. It felt like I was getting a lot more than the money I would be giving for rent. I cannot stop thinking about this community even though I went to shop another luxury community that was way more expensive. The floor plans and upgrades did not even compare. This is a great value and gorgeous place to live.

The community amenities are a cut above the rest. They location is great, close to the highway and shopping. The leasing staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I would not recommend to family and friends simply based on my experience with the leasing professional. The amenities were quite nice especially the gym. The pool looked really pretty and clean and up to date with the modern chairs and so forth. The parking lot was really clean and the inside hallways smelled really clean and were nice as well. Maintenance must to a really great job.

The community had so much to offer anyone. The leasing agent was a pleasure to meet with. She was a big asset and someone I would trust to assist me. Everywhere inside and outside was attractive.
