Parking is a giant hassel. There is not enough visitor parking for the amount of people that live here. It's a huge inconvenience to plan where my guests can park. Also, as a resident that uses "compact" parking, extra spots are hard to find at night. I've lived here for 2+ years and my rent has gone up $200, which is too much.

Parking is a nightmare and no privacy

Gramercy hires a parking boot company to constantly drive around and boot cars 24/7.Friends and guests get confused easily about where you can park. Ive had over 10 friends get their cars booted over the past year which are $75 each. 90% of the spots are reserved and it takes you 15 minutes to get through the gate, find a spot and park (usually on the roof) and walk to your apartment. It is a nice location if you like going to bars, but traffic is horrible most hours of the day. I know SO many people that have had multiple noise complaints. If you're even talking quietly on your balcony at night someone will call for a noise complaint (another $150 fee). Obviously it looks nice, but please take this into consideration when apartment hunting.

Because the parking in Buckhead is in high demand and the proximity to nightlife is so close, it's imperative we have a booting company here every hour to monitor parking violations. This program is in place to protect our residents.

The visitor parking spaces are on the top of the parking deck labeled "Visitor". A thorough parking policy is given to each resident upon move-in stating our policies and visitor parking. This policy is signed by each resident prior to moving in.

Reserved Parking: Reserved parking spaces consume only 55% of the parking garage; the remainder of the spaces are at no cost.

Please contact our leasing office at your earliest convenience so I can address these concerns further.

The only reason I wouldn't recommend this apartment is because the parking is awful. There's not enough visitor parking. Half of the "reserved" spots are used, meaning the ones that aren't used are taking away valuable parking space. Another annoyance, late at night for residents (with none reserved spots) parking can be limited. Parking issues are the biggest downfall to this complex. Rising lease prices and parking will be the reason I don't renew next year.

Small apartments and the parking is a nightmare. I would recommend this building for the security features and the cleanliness of the grounds.

I would not recommend because it is too expensive with the parking issues.

Unfortunately, we cannot always meet the high demand for visitor parking.
