The parking deck really is not ideal. The lack of guest parking and even as a resident the un-marked parking is very limited (yes, I am aware that you can pay for a parking spot). For the size of the property and types of tenants (mostly students and young professionals) the parking is not large enough to accommodate how many people are coming and going on a weekly basis.

I donât love the breeze ways and it doesnât feel safe. Additionally, the amenities, such as the gym are not as nice as other apartments in the area of similar cost

The lights in the garage hasnât been changed ands itâs been a couple of weeks. One of the gate doors to the dog park hasnât worked in atleast 6 months and the hallways are filthy most of the time. Doesnât seem like a lot of pride is taken in keeping the property looking good

Itâs a fine starter apartment. Good value for the space I have. But I donât like the location very much and the crowd overall is very very young (which is fine if thatâs what youâre looking for). Wish it was a little better taken care of and that the staff were a bit better but overall itâs fine.

Mostly because the office personnel is very friendly and responsive, which you can't find in many places.

Overall it is a good apartment but the parking situation isn't very good. There are too many empty reserve spots that are used to try and make a little extra money. If the reserve spots were removed and more space was allotted for guests it would be fine.
