Being nestled between Midtown and Sandy Springs, puts our residents right in the middle of the best Atlanta has to offer with nearby shopping and dining.

Need more work on cleanliness of stairwells and halls, mostly on weekends. Not sure how you do it, but keeping gym area clean is from lazy/sloppy tenants. Same with weekend cleanliness. Could use more weekend support around. Jackie does a great job based on 5 days of dealing with renters. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Staff is always professional, friendly, and responsive. Chad helped me after hours a few times. Attractive building and grounds with interesting and unique floor plans. Perfect location without as much noise as expected. Visitor parking is limited. Booting is aggressive, but top deck always has unused non-visitor parking available. Other complexes I lived in placed packages in lockers for after hours collection and delivered keys to apartments. Made package collection much easier. Ability to pay rent by credit card would be excellent. Other complexes allowed this afte negotiating $5 fee with pay processer.

Visitor parking is impossible on the weekends. Very bad natural lighting on ground level. Gate is always broken. Leasing hours make it impossible to get a package until the weekend.

Visitor Parking: Unfortunately, apartment communities in Buckhead are facing a difficult time meeting the demand for visitor parking. We are looking at alternative options for visitor parking and will keep you posted.

Gate: We do not have any recent service requests regarding the gate being broken. Please contact the leasing office if you are having problems with your gate remote.

Parking Garage Lighting: We are looking to replace all the parking garage lighting in 2016.

Package Release: Please call the leasing office if you would like to make arrangements for your package to be delivered to your door or stored in the wifi center after hours.

The rent needs to stay the same price for long term residents. Raising the rent every year only serves to drive out good tenants.

Great people, bad parking situation.

I had to take my car in for maintenance on a Friday and there were no options to park my car since visitor spots were full. I absolutely didn't want to buy a new pass, but management gave me no other alternative for parking. Maybe consider a temporary pass if given proof of temporary vehicle. Our apartment had an attempted break in one evening. Maybe make sure all residents know the number for after hours help, took the police over 45 minutes to arrive.

In order to ensure our residents have parking spaces, we only give out one parking decal per resident. If you have a rental car, you can always rent a reserved space ($1.25 per day). Our parking policies are implemented to prevent residents from giving parking decal to friends.

After Hours Contacts- If you ever have an after hour emergency, please call our leasing office and leave a message for our onsite police officer. He responds within 15 minutes of your call.

Elevator is horrible and way past inspection date. Visitor parking needs improvement, reason I'm not renewing.

Our elevators are serviced every month by a certified elevator company. If you have any concerns regarding our elevators, please contact our leasing office.

We are also looking at alternative methods to improve visitor parking. We have sufficient parking for our residents but we would like to expand our visitors section. Unfortunately, all communities in Buckhead face these parking circumstances. We will keep you updated on any new developments.
