The market rate does not reflect the actual quality and age of the apartment. And the countertop and appliance upgrades would hardly be considered "luxury."

It's the kids playing in the hallways and the noise above me

Staff is always amazing, amentities are great, I like the new looks too. I wish there wasnt as many kids playing in the parking lot, kind of dangerous to drive...

There isn't anything wrong with the apartments specifically, but in the evenings there are so many children running around and riding bikes in the parking lot that it becomes very stressful to drive through when entering or exiting the complex.

I'm not sure I could recommend this complex to folks I know. The amount of noise that can be heard in your apartment (from other units and from outside) would be a huge turn off because majority work from home and it's quite noisy here. They'd be interrupted all the time.

The increase in my rent has not reflected any services for me. They no longer pick up dog expression from lawn and no upgrades. Had to buy a rug to cover up air conditioning dirty spot that cleaner couldn’t get up. But it doesn’t matter I feel that that I am a valued resident

The walls aren’t thin. The staff is professional yet friendly

- The gates either don't work or remain wide opened
- Your queries to not leave bikes in the breezeway have fallen into deaf ears. Do something about it
- Children keep removing rock from what looks soil stabilization. It looks dangerous
- Dog owners NEVER pick up after their dogs. It's disgusting

This is Indian Community. Look it up. Google will tell you. I am not related to Indian people and I don't have Indian friends. If I did, I would recommend this apartment complex to them. This community is made up by the people which are predominantly Asian/Indian and they MAKE themselves at home. They do what they are culturally accustomed to doing. It is important to acknowledge these facts. Anyone living here that is not Indian is a minority within the community. The needs of the majority need to be acknowledged and responded to by Management and the owners of this complex. Live here. Get the true experience. Interact. Listen. Make this place home for the inevitably dominant population in this area of Austin. Check the demographics. As you know, IT job growth and the school district are magnets. It would not be you that makes the minority population feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed. You have the ability to capitalize on what's going on by keeping every apartment occupied at all times. Get the money!

Park playground activities for kids or children is missing. Kid fun equipments are missing.
